2008 Revisited: Part. 2 Missouri River

Between Mile Post 265 and Mile Post 260 on Interstate 90 I crossed over the Missouri River; what I found unique about this section of the super-slab was the geography. The concrete slab dips down towards the river, twists, levels out simultaneously crossing the river and then you begin to ascend back up to the other side. This was seemingly a fluid amusement ride like movement. This moving west bound astride my freedom machine seemed to coincide with my mind as the land opened up and spread out into the immense yellow/green prairie; I truly felt as though I was 'out west'. Al's is a must do and I would have gladly spent more time poking around but I was not traveling solo...
